Every piece is printed for you after you order. Nothing waits in a warehouse, not even the cat.
Shipping
- Production: 2–5 business days.
- Delivery within the EU: usually 3–7 days after production. The expected window is shown at checkout.
- Knit sweaters are knitted to order and take longer. The timing is stated on the product page.
- Several items, several parcels: pieces in one order may travel separately. Each parcel has its own tracking link, sent by email.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, no reason needed. Email barnaborders@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund the item and the standard delivery within 14 days.
- Damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered? Send us a photo at barnaborders@gmail.com. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to send anything back.
- No direct exchanges. Return the item, then order the size or colour you want.
